If you feel like sleep is elusive and you can’t seem to feel rested, this list is the FIRST place to start.
Once you dial in these basic requirements for sleep you will start getting more quality zzzz’s. If you still think it could be better – you can then start digging into other issues but it will be much easier to see them.
Think of it like trying to see a house in the fog. You might see a little outline that something is there, but with the fog in the way the details are invisible. Putting these sleep “MUSTS” into place will clear that fog. If there is any other issue, it will most likely become much clearer.
